Skinny Shamrock Shake
Vegan, Gluten Free
1 banana, large & very ripe
½ medium avocado
¼ cup fresh mint leaves (about 25 leaves)
1 cup fresh spinach, loosely packed
1 TBSP organic Grade B maple syrup
½ tsp alcohol free vanilla extract
1 ¼ cups milk (almond, hemp, quinoa, coconut) – Look for brands without carrageen
¾ cup coconut yogurt, plain

Raw Cacao bar shavings
Place all the ingredient in a blender (except the optional toppings) and puree. Taste to adjust maple syrup sweetener as desired.
Enjoy immediately, topped with coco whip and cacao shavings.
